Fitness Kickboxing
Beginning with a warm up into a body weight circuit.
Progressing into proper stance, footwork, punch and kick combinations. Continuing into ab moves, partner drills and group drills. Finishing with a well deserved cool down.
This class will give you that full body workout aiding in not only weight loss, cardiovascular endurance and muscle tone but as well gain coordination, agility, speed, focus and a whole lot of fun.
