Fitness Kickboxing 

Beginning with a warm up into a quick body weight circuit.
Progressing into proper stance, footwork, punch and kick combinations and moving into partner and group drills. Finishing with a well deserved cool down.
This class will give you that full body workout that is a ton of fun. Aiding in not only weight loss, cardiovascular endurance and muscle tone but you will also gain coordination, agility, speed, and focus. Grab a friend and come on out!
