Whole Body 30

A 30 minute incredible  workout designed to work that total body.

The Whole Body 30 class is done using bodyweight.

(sometimes we add in small equipment such as, dumbbells, bands, bosu, disc.. if we do this it will be listed)

 
The workout is comprised of 3 back to back compound movement rounds, giveing you more bang for your buck in a shorter amount of time. This session will  have you feeling it all over and progressing forward. A great compliment to our other sessions and your weekly routine.

Great for weight loss, muscle tone, and improved cardiovascular system.
