Indoor Water Rowing, can help improve cardiovascular and muscular tone/endurance and can help maintain and promote weight loss. With every stroke you will be working 84% of your muscle mass, all while safely protecting your joints
Learning proper form and technique.
From beginner to advance water rowing is suitable for all fitness levels.
You will SWEAT, you will ROW and you will CRAVE for more!
** If you are new to water rowing it is mandatory you complete the pre training class prior to your program start date to ensure proper form and technique is executed, reducing the risk of injury**

Rowing Classes
Pre - Training
If you are unfamiliar with rowing, need a refresher, or have not rowed on Reviresco's rowers, the pre-training class is a mandatory and must be taken before joining a session. In this class you will learn, how your water rower works, including monitor functions, proper foot placement, proper rowing form and technique. This is a 30-40 minute class and will give you a clear understanding of rowing, reduce the risk of injury, and make your selected program more enjoyable.

Rowing Rush
Done 100% on the rowers.
You will be taken through a new format of rowing each class, from steady state rowing, interval rowing, team relays, castles, pyramids and many more.
Keeping each class fresh, while making sure you get in a great workout. Don't let the 40 minutes fool you, this is an amazing workout!
If completing an 8 week session you have the option to tack your progress.
Each class begins with a warm-up and finishes with a cool down.

Row and BO
Row and BO is a whole body class done on the rowers and BOSU ball.
Switching from rower to BOSU,
you will complete your aerobic/cardio on the rower and 3 rounds of BOSU Body work.
Incorporating resistance based moves focusing on upper body, core and lower body.
Making this a total body benefiting workout
You will have your own rower and BOSU for each class to complete the session.
Each class begins with a warm-up and finishes with a cool down.

Power Push
Are you ready to get that heart pumping and have some fun?
Row & Go will have you feeling it EVERYWHERE.
You will be taken through different athletic exercises and drills, done on and off the rower.
From plyometric, calisthenics and compound resistance exercises, that includes body weight and equipment based moves done solo, partner and in team format.
This program will have you wanting more and pushing to progress.
All fitness levels welcome - program is meant to be done at a higher volume
Bring a partner or a friend (not mandatory) Most exercises are done in a team/partner format

Row and Resistance
A moderate steady state row that is broken into 3 rounds incorporating compound body weight resistance moves.
This 45 minute program focuses on improving your cardiovascular system, promotes weight loss, and improves movement and mobility, while also increasing muscle tone and endurance.
Beginner friendly – all fitness levels and ages welcome. Rower and body weight used.

SCR Strength & Conditioning Row
(BOOTCAMP)
If you are looking to truly make a change in your health and fitness and you are ready to commit to a program that really works, can get you to your goals, give you more energy, help you lose weight and tone up than SCR is FOR YOU!!
Class is done half on Reviresco’s Fitness’s Indoor Water Rowers and half off the rowers.
Incorporating weighted/equipment based moves.
Segregated into specific areas of the body each day;
Mondays –Upper (Arms, Back and Chest)
Wednesdays - Core
Fridays - Lower (Glutes and Legs).
(*days will be specified with bootcamp*)
Blast through your aerobic rowing portion and finish with back to back anaerobic sets of muscle toning moves to further your progress to help tone and build muscle while cutting the fat. If you want results and you are ready to commit SCR is for you! Each class begins with a warm-up and finishes with a cool down. Tracking of each workout is done to further progression and see your progress. Weights and equipment used. All fitness levels welcome.
