Circuit of stations rotated through on timed intervals with set work-to-rest ratios throughout. 
 
Done using functional movements that aid in every day life resulting in muscle tone, improved cardiovascular system, weight loss, agility and coordination.
First class focusing on learning each move correctly and safely.
Body weight and equipment used.
Instruction, demonstration and coaching provided.
