BOOTCAMP

Circuit of stations rotated through on timed intervals with set work-to-rest ratios throughout. 
 
Done using functional movements that aid in every day life resulting in muscle tone, improved cardiovascular system, weight loss, agility and coordination.

At each station you will be working through different compound or  segregated  movements to give you an all around total body workout that will have you feeling it!


 When a new sessions is introduced we focus on learning each move correctly and safely before beginning.

Great for all levels of fitness, you will be working for "YOUR HARD" and no one else's. Each station is you against you. 


Body weight and equipment used. Modifications provided.

Instruction, demonstration and coaching provided.
